A) Assign the responsibility of all operations concerning
the seals: registration, application, storage, etc., to a qualified
and reliable staff.
B) Annotate on a register the numbering of applied seal,
also the operator’s name and the identifying code of
the sealed container or lorry.
C) Register the date of the seal’s breaking and the
operator’s name.
D) After positioning and locking the seal, the operator
has to proof its closure pulling strongly the seal’s
head in order to confirm the perfect closure.
At its final destination, before breaking the seal, the
operator has to control if the seal has bruises or scratches,
and also to verify its integrity by pulling again the seal’s
head. If someone has tampered with it. it will open easily. |
